Fast Fashion: Change can be a good thing

How are French laws tackling fast fashion? It's illegal to dump unsold goods, which now includes luxury goods and clothing.

France recently passed an anti-waste law to stop designer clothes and luxury goods sellers from dumping unsold goods. Several years ago, French supermarkets were already required to donate (usable) unsold food to charities instead of sending it to landfills.
